Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. In case of late check-in, there is a lock box for keys and self check-in videos and instructions are provided.

In case you arrive before 2:30 p.m., if the apartment is ready, we can accommodate you right away; otherwise, you can leave your luggage at the facility and start visiting our beautiful city.

Check-out must be done by 10 a.m.

Yes, our office is open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Is there heating and air conditioning?
Yes, there is both central heating and air conditioning.
Heating is available in the winter months and air conditioning from May to October, but since we are located inside a historic building, the dates for the use of these two services is subject to current regulations and in particular local ordinances.

Can you recommend a good restaurant?
There are several traditional restaurants very close to our facility and easily reachable on foot. There is a list of the best restaurants recommended by us and our guests at the front desk.
Do you serve Breakfast?
No, we don't serve breakfast. A few steps from our facility there are some of the best coffees in the city, where you can have breakfast like a true citizen of Rome.
Is the kitchen equipped with all utensils?
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils (pots, dishes, cutlery), refrigerator, microwave, and induction stovetop.
Can we have the crib in the apartment?
A crib is available upon request and may incur additional costs.
Is it possible to have an apartment with a balcony?
Apartments with balconies are available upon request.
Is there a hairdryer in the bathroom?
Of course: all apartments have a Dyson Supersonic™ HD07 hair dryer, with Dyson V9 digital motor, supplied with styling accessories.
Does your facility provide the iron?
Sure, we have ironing board and iron. We can bring it to your apartment upon request.
Are the apartments cleaned every day?
Daily cleaning service is available for a fee upon request.
Can we bring our dog?
Our facility cannot accept dogs even if they are small. Pets are not allowed.
